There are so many saturation plugins out there these days and the standard is really pretty high.
We truly are spoilt for choice.
Softube's offering not only sounds superb but it does an impressive job of making you feel like you're actually using tape (without all the headache and maintenance!)
It's capable of some extreme effects, wobbles and distortion but Tape really excels on the mixbuss adding some subtle secret sauce to your mix and is an excellent addition to your plugin folder and for that purpose I think it would be hard to beat.
